The annual CESG Customer Satisfaction Survey will take place
from 21 January to 19 February 2010. CESG have carried out an
annual Customer Satisfaction Survey since 2001, and these have
contributed greatly to improving the service we deliver to you.
The results of last years survey can be found here.
For the 2009/10 survey, we have again commissioned ORC
International,
an independent specialist agency, to act on our behalf. You
may be contacted by one of ORC’s interviewers in the next
few days to arrange a mutually convenient time for a telephone
interview.
