The annual CESG Customer Satisfaction Survey took place from
21 January to 19 February 2010. CESG have carried out an annual
Customer Satisfaction Survey since 2001, and these have contributed
greatly to improving the service we deliver to you. The results
of last year's survey can be found here.
For the 2009 survey, we again commissioned ORC
International, an independent specialist agency, to act
on our behalf.
