About the Event

“If you are responsible for IA or Cyber Security in your organisation, and attend one major event in 2012, I strongly recommend that you make it IA12. This is the Government’s leadership event in two important ways. It is the opportunity to hear directly from those responsible for the UK IA and Cyber Security strategy. It is also the leadership forum for sharing experiences and solutions and helping to shape delivery of IA and Cyber Security across government and the critical national infrastructure.”

Jonathan Hoyle, Director General for Government & Industry Cyber Security, GCHQ

The UK's most senior IA decision makers are invited to attend IA12. It is important that departments and government organisations are represented at a senior level - so that they receive valuable briefings and understand their role in driving forward the cyber security strategy.

Numbers attending IA12 will be strictly limited to facilitate deeper interaction and engagement between delegates and speakers.

IA12 will comprise an evening launch with a high level Keynote Dinner on 3 December, featuring a ministerial speaker and the Chief Executive Thales UK. This will be followed by a packed day of compelling keynote speakers. There will be insightful case studies, stream sessions, workshops and networking opportunities.

With an impressive line up of speakers, engaging stream sessions on vital topics and a high-powered audience, IA12 is set to be a unique and valuable event.

The Government's Cyber Security and IA flagship events are attended by senior decision makers from across central government, the wider public sector, industry and academia. See a breakdown of the government audience for IA11.

Through our careful evaluation of these events, and our commitment to take on board what you tell us, we have fine-tuned this event each year since its launch in 2006. Read the delegates testimonials.
