CESG is committed to providing facilities suitable for people with disabilities. As part of this commitment the website has been built along internationally recognised accessible website guidelines produced by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and working to AA level of those guidelines or Priority 1 and 2 checkpoints WCAG1.

Navigation

Navigation of this site is primarily accomplished via the global navigation across the top and a secondary left-hand expanding navigation menu.

A crumb trail navigation menu is also available just before the start of the page content to help orient the user within the site, along with a Site map available from the footer of the page to allow rapid access to all pages on the site.

Font size

We recognised the requirement for some visitors to view site elements larger than their defaults size, therefore the browser Zoom feature can be used to increase the size of content on your screen by simply pressing CTRL with + to increase and CTRL with – to decrease.

Alternatively, a visitor can dynamically change the font sizes in their web browser in one of two ways:

  • press down the CTRL button and whilst using the mouse wheel to increase or decrease
  • from the browser menu bar select View - Text Size and select a size from the list
