Kilgetty 2K v1.1 offers the following features: Supports E-IDE hard drives with multiple partition types Plug n Play support Improved Floppy Drive handling Enhanced Kilgetty System Manager Security Allows access to trusted USB devices CAPS approved, to TOP SECRET Kilgetty 2K v1.1 reduces the protective marking of data up to TOP SECRET by up to 2 levels by encrypting the entire content of all hard drives. Retaining the benefits of ITSec evaluation at E3 and CAPS approval at Enhanced Grade, Kilgetty Plus NT4 V2 offers the following features: Use of the Advanced Encryption Standard algorithm Improved installation process Improved security in the modern operating environment Removes problems with the handling of passwords Encrypting the entire content of all hard drives, Kilgetty Plus NT4 V2 reduces the protective marking of government data up to TOP SECRET by up to 2 levels. Kilgetty Plus NT4 V2 has been approved to SECRET by NATO SECAN. All users should have upgraded to Kilgetty NT4 V2 before 30 September 2002. Kilgetty PLUS NT4 V1 was released in 2000 and provided protection of protectively marked data up to Top Secret, reducing the protective marking by 2 levels. Offering protection for data up to CONFIDENTIAL by reducing the protective marking 1 level. This version of Kilgetty was compatible for use with Windows NT4 Server or Workstation with service packs 3, 4, 5 or 6a. This product has been discontinued. All users should have upgraded to Kilgetty NT4 V2 before 30 September 2002. Current Protection Offered: Operating System Highest Protective Marking Protective Marking Reduction Hard Disk Size Limit Windows NT4, Server or Workstation, Service Pack 3, 4, 5 or 6a CONFIDENTIAL 1 Level 7.8Gb Kilgetty Plus V1.2h - Discontinued Kilgetty Plus V1.2h featured a stronger algorithm than Kilgetty V1.2h, providing protection for data up to Top Secret. On release, Kilgetty V1.2h reduced the protective marking of stored data by 2 levels. This version of Kilgetty was compatible for use with DOS, Windows 3.1 and Windows 9x. This product has been discontinued. Kilgetty Plus V1.2h carries a limited approved life for SECRET and above, all users should have upgraded to Kilgetty NT4 V2 before 30 September 2002. Current Protection Offered: Operating System Highest Protective Marking Protective Marking Reduction Hard Disk Size Limit DOS, Win 3.x, Win 9x TOP SECRET 1 Level 4.8Gb DOS, Win 3.x, Win 9x SECRET and below 2 Levels 4.8Gb Kilgetty V1.2h – Discontinued Developed by Serco Ltd in conjunction with CESG, Kilgetty V1.2 was compatible for use with DOS, Windows 3.1 and Windows 9x. Kilgetty V1.2h provided protection for stored data up to CONFIDENTIAL, reducing the protective marking 1 level. This version of Kilgetty has been discontinued. All users should have upgraded to Kilgetty NT4 V2 or Kilgetty 2K before 30 September 2002.
