IA Executive Group
Introduced in early 2007, the IATP Executive Group is made up of representatives
from the programme's funding departments. Its role is to enable departments
to share their IA intentions in order that IATP outcomes, departmental
benefits and the National IA Strategy are achieved.
The IATPEG meets monthly following the Programme Manager's Review
and is chaired by the IATP Programme Director.
Objectives:
- To advise/support the IATP Programme Director, providing direction
within the time/cost/quality tolerances set by the Senior Responsible
Owner, supported by the Sponsoring Group.
- To identify and champion associated business change in own
departments.
- To own and review strategic/external Programme risks and issues.
- To complete actions placed on it by the IATP Sponsoring Group.
- To provide the IATP Sponsoring Group with assurance regarding
the realisation of programme benefits.
